| Major Customization - Magnolia SN2370 The Baileys loved the exterior elevation of The Magnolia plan but wanted to make substantial changes to the interior to accommodate both their building lot and their lifestyle. The plan was redesigned to take the great room and den spaces and combine into one larger family room with built in bookcases and a TV opening. The utility room and half bath area was made larger and the two separated from one another. This allowed for an easy breezeway connection to be added between the home and the garage. A separate pantry was added for food storage. The kitchen was made substantially larger to better accommodate dishware and entertaining of family and friends. The addition of a breakfast nook provided quaint family dining for the family of four. The plan was changed from three bedrooms downstairs to two to allow for a larger master bedroom suite while leaving a bedroom for visitors. Upstairs, the expansive space provided by The Magnolia allowed for two bedrooms for their two girls, a large area for them and their friends to play in, an office for the family to use and a conditioned storage area.
