Plant Tour

It's been said before - you have to see it to believe it. A tour of our facility and models in Henderson, NC will give you the chance to do that. To fully appreciate our commitment to delivering a quality home and the advantages of modular construction, you must see our facility and learn about our building process first hand. Your questions are always welcomed and always answered.

Join us at one of our "Plant Tour Events" every other Saturday except holiday weekends. See the dates below. The tour starts at 10:00 AM in our conference room with a brief informational session. This is followed by a guided tour of our production facility where you will see homes in all stages of construction. Once the factory tour is done, you'll be taken to our three fully decorated, on-site model homes to see the finished product. The tour wraps up at 12:00 PM.

As a way to say "Thanks" for your interest and coming out to see us, we will give you a $1,000 rebate after your HandCrafted Home has been delivered and funds are received.*

Monthly Drawing

Each month, we will hold a drawing for a $1,000 coupon to apply towards an option or upgrade of the winner's choice when they purchase a HandCrafted Home. Complete the Factory Tour form when you attend to have your name entered in the drawing. Pre-register for a tour using the link below for a second entry in the drawing for the month you attend a factory tour.

If you are unable to attend one of the scheduled tour dates, call our office for an appointment at least two weeks in advance. Although we cannot guarantee availability at specific dates and times, we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.
